'Hypocrites': High Wycombe resident blasts Thames Water over nine-week leak

A High Wycombe resident has accused Thames Water of "hypocrisy" after a water leak which he claims has been flowing for around nine weeks remained unrepaired despite a hosepipe ban being introduced.
